I have worked with M+S for just over a year, and I very much enjoy working here. They don't micromanage their employees, but still expect quality work. Both bosses help accommodate work/life balance and care about their employees.

If you like to be in a workplace where the rules change every week then this is the place for you. Also, one of the employers will make it's mission to make sure whatever wrong you do is your fault. Everything was okay in the beginning, but once the company grew the rules kept changing and nothing was explained or clarified the right way which caused confusion within the workplace. If you work here make sure you are ready to give up your soul and mental health. They have core values which they don't even follow especially their one value where they state "Family first". This place is only if you're single and has no personal life.
