$36 top out pay, 120 pto hours, 2 $3000 bonuses a year and 2 weeks of paid plant shut down.

I would not recommend working at Mazda Toyota Manufacturing. My experience there was extremely disappointing, especially when it came to how employee safety and injuries are handled. The focus often feels more on production numbers than on the wellbeing of the people doing the work. Management communication is inconsistent, and concerns raised by employees don’t always feel taken seriously. When issues do come up, especially around injuries or workplace limitations, the response can feel dismissive rather than supportive. The environment itself is fast-paced and physically demanding, which wouldn’t be an issue if there was better attention to preventing re-injury or properly accommodating employees. Instead, it often felt like you were expected to just push through regardless. Overall, I expected a more structured and supportive workplace from a company of this size. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite.
