Pros

Pay is above industry average. Good place to earn a healthy paycheck....but you'll EARN it. If new to warehouse work, etc...then I could see this being a foothold to learning the ropes while temping...and making good pay at same time.

Cons

Opertation dysfunctional. Equipment, job-structure, just about everything is worse Ive seen in 23 years in industry. Turnover is bad. Mngmnt. is HORRIBLY detached from staff, disrespectful, overbearing, and seemingly oblivious and unappreciative to the tremendously hard work and contributions being made by staff. There is no 'structure' and zero communication, particularly anything 'positive'. Worse, there is much infighting amongst Managers w/staff often being collateral damage. Please note too- ALL jobs are temp to perm although job ads will not be posted as such.

Pros

Had good medical and vacation time

Cons

They had a points system for disciplinary proceedings. It was originally 10 points before suspension. Then they reduced it to 8 for no known reason. They had sick time but even if you seen a doctor, they gave you points, most times 6 for the first time. So basically you never got to use your sick time without getting wrote up. Management had their "buddies" that could do no wrong and whatever they said about you or claimed you said was practically straight from the bible. Top route pay was about 98,000 a year and we were to rebid every year but management saw fit to do rebids about every 6 months and reduce the pay consecutively with each bid. This is a very manual labor job and there are so many more negatives than possitives. That's why they can't keep people anymore. I like the job when the money came close to meeting the work expected but as time went on and they lowered the pay and put more and more work on you, it was no longer worth it.
