Pay and benefits are good and you can find other positions to work.
Cons
Dust in the air causes health issues for alot of people. Needs to have ventilation to breath properly. Lots of issues with equipment that get a bandaid put on because corperate won't approve to replace. Outdated equipment keeps breaking down. Always working 6 days a week.
