Pros
AMAZING people to work with! I don't know that I have had more fun with my peers and cross functionally. Compensation was fair, global travel opportunities, SAP system, you can have work life balance if you plan your time properly, forgiving environment if mistakes are made, and if you put in your time, it is recognized and celebrated.
Cons
Locations are in rural areas, mainly driven by proximity of the manufacturing plants to the farmers, makes it tough to recruit talent, and those that are in the rural locations have lower turnover, less opportunities, and aren't always appreciated or compensated because there is no competition.
