Due to high turnover—6 logistics coordinators have quit in last 10 months-you will cover two desks, and be expected not to fall behind. 12 hour days are expected at times, and you will not get overtime. The company culture is very strange at this place; team members delight in telling on you for the most minor things, and this is persistent throughout your time here. It is a very unenjoyable place to work and is very corporate. Rats abound here. The job is simplistic, but the team will make things as hard as possible for you if you are a new hire. Expect zero help. If you ask questions you will actually get in trouble, as you would not believe the things you get written up for. Zero direction. Zero team atmosphere. Endless stress and dumb decisions made by management. If you are educated the high school grads will give you an even harder time. The place is a pure nightmare and dead-end job, and I have never been happier as when I found a way out. Do not interview here . They are skilled liars. You will regret it.
