Pros
They don't have anybody micromanaging your day, you really have to screw up to get fired or you have to irritate the management circle of buddies, specially if you don't hunt or fish.
Cons
I wasn't even allowed to walk the hallway to ask a question were the higher managers/owners offices were cause they don't want to see you or you asking why something is a certain way. There always finding ways to take money out of your pocket not putting money in. Ever since the sons took over they cut pay back, no Christmas bonus, also if you wash your own uniform they still charge you $3 a week for getting yours cleaned and I know that doesn't seem like much but if a multimillion dollar company is worried about the $3 it shows how they will treat you with bigger things. I would have a grocery list of things coming out of my pay besides your normal taxes, also you get 10%-15% for a sale, but if it's to big of a sale they clam they can't pay you that amount and figure an amount THEY see far. Something you sale is $20000 and you should get $2000 they will give you say $700 and if you bring it up they will make it sound like your greedy and how your still making so much $ and can you name another job where you can make this type of $. It's all mental game.
