      Pros

      They have allowed me to work hourly even with the COVID-19 situation going on. Plus they provide benefits that you can purchase. I have not used them.

      Cons

      The hours can be long but if you are committed you can make good money!

      I liked pretty much every single one of my coworkers

      Cons

      Couldn't get new shop tools in a timely manner, Not enough work for everyone, have to bug management repeatedly if you need anything, upper management picks favorites, does not promote from within unless you brown nose hard or are family.
