      Pros

      I've been at McCarthy for less than a year, but it's felt like home since the day I started. The people are great from top down (CEO to interns)! The projects are interesting, exciting, fun and diverse. Benefits and compensation are competitive.

      Cons

      Some of the systems could be streamlined and integrated, however progress is being made, so it's only a matter of time.
