Pros
McCarthy offers good benefits (same as several other GC's in San Diego). They do strive to have great releationships with the Owners and Subs.
Cons
McCarthy is very very low paying. They do not treat their Admins very well, from bonuses, to raises to sharing perks. Interns make more money and are treated better than the Admins.
