      Pros

      The people who stayed there when I worked there were very nice - except for management

      Cons

      I would never recommend someone work here. Employees are treated terribly and made to feel like they are incompetent. They are micromanaged and then told everything they do is wrong. The turnover was so high there and when employees decided to leave after they had enough they were treated even worse.

      Pros

      Working for McCloskey Partners has allowed me to spend quality time with my family without compromising my career. I love the flexibility and work-life balance the company offers. They genuinely care about their employees and their families. I would highly recommend McCloskey Partners to anyone!
