The company doesn’t care about you just making money and screwing over the customer and you. They coach you to take advantage of the customer in every which way selling not road worthy vehicles because they aren’t willing to put any money at all into vehicles that get traded in. Giving yourself a bad reputation along with the dealership.

The people you work with can be great Can be pretty laid back

You get shop foreman’s that don’t know what they’re doing or don’t want to help and just sit around bullshitting all day Flat rate pay obviously sucks Seems like you’re having a good week hitting 30 hours by midweek but then it just slows down to where you’re barley getting 42 hours or leas
