Great Retention & Staff - Attorney McInerney Dillon Employee Review

The company's lawyers are very experienced, and that makes the assistants jobs more predictable. All employees I worked for (except the former manager) are very professional, They only focus on getting the job done without involving personal issues. They rarely ask for overtime and they make sure that employees don't feel overwhelmed.

The previous manager was very hard to work with, with a very fixed mind and not open to better ways of doing things. Often she would come across very controlling and rude. But thankfully the new one has experience, great humor and teamwork skills.

Great firm to work with, very life-work balanced. Family is a priority here. Benefits are excellent. Great location as well.

The office admin is a buzz. She is difficult to work with, very passive agressive. The pay is on the low side however the benefits do make up a large part of that difference. There is also a lot of favortism that goes on here so if you are not on the office admins good side then you get the shaft.
