Pros
Pay is the only thing that would have continued to keep me there
Cons
They hire Ivy League grads with zero experience to manage You may never meet your supervisor, manager, or HR partner in person because they spread them out across the country to seemingly make it easier to fire you for no real reason & feel nothing since they've never made an effort to get to know you. They don't make an effort to train you further past your onboarding into the department You will need to jump through hoops every couple of months when management changes again, and go from one "great idea" management had that didn't work the previous year, just because they weren't in the department when it was last in place. Even if you earn higher degrees while with them, they will not take that into consideration that you may have worth wild ideas that may make a real difference
