Too many to list, but major problems include: Really poorly and potentially dangerous restaurant designs, often tailored to real estate investment rather than safe and functional work environments. Incredibly over worked and stressed out management, emphasis at these restaurants is solely on bottom line, and they pressure management beyond belief to make them money. The ownership is disgustingly misogynistic, and openly biased toward white males. There is incredible turnover in staff, due to a complete lack of respect from the higher management, making for a zoo like atmosphere with constant scheduling nightmares and coworkers who are often undertrained and unprofessional.
