      -Supervisors and upper management are very accommodating of individual needs. -Coworkers are friendly. collaborative, and willing to help. -Little to no micromanaging; there is a strong sense of trust that as long as you are doing your work and you are a capable employee, you are on the right path.

      -Sometimes communication between departments can be muddled, which can lead to confusion.

      Great coworkers Lots to learn and you'll definitely be in the thick of it. Ample opportunities to contribute if you have drive.

      Grew rapidly so there's some growing pains but all are minor.
