      Some IFT's mixed in but that's expected. Some promotions are based more on who you know then your skill.

      You can work with some awesome people and help patients.

      Cons

      -If you like brown-nosing to get ahead and please Mike and his goons, this is the place for you. -If you are a fan of favoritism, nepotism, and companies void of real management, this is the place for you. -If you like working in a mold-ridden mice infested garage that is falling apart and will give you 14 different types of cancer, this is the place for you.
