Pros
They really serve amazing food- the chef is talented at what he does. The flexibility for time off is unbelievable in the fact that it's an always yes policy and you won't be fired or spoken to by managers for taking time off- even calling off last minute doesn't effect your employment for some reason.
Cons
Their policy of never saying no to requests off means that front and back of house were left understaffed at almost all times. The only reason to not abuse the managers lack of communication and refusal of confrontation would be if you actually cared about your peers at work- and even then, it was almost never enough to prevent someone from just not showing up to work. They also have an interest in paying every employee the least amount possible. No matter how important the role is, they will hire the person who has less/no experience, but will accept lesser pay.
