Good potential as a company - Design Manger Mechan Employee Review

A lot of pleasant individuals at the company. Shame the rotten apples spoil the company.

The management are extremely poor. There was a turnover of around 4 workshop staff, in the 3 months that I worked at Mechan. This is due to the management being toxic, untrusting, misleading and generally disrespectful. I found that there was a general lack of respect for people’s skills and experience, and there were certain individuals who would be overbearing and rude in the way they spoke to their underlings.
