good job - Tech Support Med Associates Employee Review

Flexible, good environment, good work life balance.

Not very organized management,limited pay raises.

I'm currently employed at Med Associates and have been with the company for 20 years. I started right out of high school, worked my way through every department until I found my calling in sales where I have been for 13 years. I've seen the company grow and expand to what it is today. The team of individuals here is amazing. Everyone treats each other like family and you don't have the drama found in large companies. The owners of the company involve themselves daily to make sure everyone knows that their door is always open. They are also often seen helping out in different departments where they are needed. They have done everything from counting parts, assembling jobs to shoveling the snow. There are great benefits also at Med Associates from 401k match, health insurance, Earned Time Off... just to name a few. Enjoying what you do and the people you work with is the most important feature I would look for in a job. I can honestly say I have all that here at Med Associates and would highly recommend this place of employment to any team orientated person who is looking for a long time career at a job they can look forward to going to everyday.

Dress code in certain departments does not allow for shorts/open toed shoes for safety reasons
