I was hired from Manipal through Campus, Configaware was startup based in Hyd. We were 3 from Manipal to Join this company. We had been told it's a 100+ employee company but we were only employee of the company. Why Manipal didn't checked background of company before allowing them in campus? We raised serious issue and asked Management to blacklist and never allow in campus. I had a stressful time. Deepesh will call you at any time for work. He is more interested in your personal life rather than professional work. He is worst person, i ever met in my life. As we were three friends from same college, he created distance between us. Don't go on lunch together, Don't talk, even on weekend and holidays, what you are doing, did you talked her, where is she, what she is doing - like that.. . It was a bad time and very experience as Deepesh don't have any ethics and morals. If you are doing charity, you can work for him. No salary on time. Even he didn't paid us for last three months. No personal life. He will pretend he is best but he is biggest dash.

Deepesh hasn't any good way of talking with female employees, so i request to female employees please don't choose med365 or any company where you found deepesh is your boss. 7.
