Due to corporate leadership being so disconnected from our location, we were able to manage decision making and problem resolution internally and on an operations level.
Cons
Constant leadership changes lead to massive swings in directives and strategies. Not only was leadership in constant flux, the individuals that were replacing their failed predecessors had no industry experience and were essentially feckless.
