Pros
They have wonderful continuing education, great benefits, competitive pay, one on one attention for consultants and quick customer response. Travel is handled in house and they are very accomodating to the individual needs of each traveler.
Cons
There is some pressure to work 40 hours every week regardless of holidays. While you are always paid for the holiday and your hours, sometimes its a nice break to work 32 hours a few times a year.
