Pros

Literally NONE - this place is HORRIBLE. They force people to quit or fire everyone within their first year with the company, There is a handful of folks who have been there longer - seriously, like 5. The rest are churned through with unreasonable expectations, constant changes for NO reason, treated like garbage. The owner and president never agree and will tell you two completely different things. The owner thinks he's so smart and so cutting edge, but he's just spitting out terminology, he has no clue how things work, how to implement them, or how to treat people like humans, not pawns. They are completely delusional and heartless.!!

Cons

EVERYTHING!!! Again, they treat people like garbage and can't keep the same staff for more than a year MAX. Benefits are expensive and terrible. Pay is low and the owner is CHEAP - it's not a privilege and honor to work there like he thinks it is. They have NOTHING to offer. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Oh, and WARNING - the positive reviews here on Glassdoor? Yeah, those are FAKE, written by leaderships buddies, NOT employees.

Pros

MedPro is a fast paced, collaborative environment.. Compared to larger orgs, decisions move quick and you can have a noticeable impact on how things are done. The company gives employees room to think entrepreneurially which keeps the job engaging and leadership is receptive to ideas you bring their way. You’re trusted to manage your responsibilities and coworkers are generally supportive and willing to help each other succeed.

Cons

Processes and expectations can shift frequently.. Some initiatives start before a fully defined operational structure exists, which can put pressure on people to figure things out while trying to execute it at the same time. Internal documentation and training structure can be clearer - The company relies heavily on individual initiative, great for self-starters but harder for people who need the coaching first.

Pros

Working remotely with a flex schedule.

Cons

My 7‑month experience with this startup was consistently hindered by poor communication and a lack of leadership accountability. Despite my 20+ years in HR, I repeatedly sent emails regarding candidate pipelines, hiring processes, reporting structure, and even basic calendar coordination — most of which went unanswered. The “Team Lead” often responded with AI‑generated messages and emojis, which made it difficult to have meaningful, professional dialogue. I frequently had to request job descriptions and weekly priorities just to support roles that had no hiring manager engagement. One manager in particular made filling roles unnecessarily difficult by failing to provide feedback altogether or responding far too late, even for positions I have extensive experience hiring for. Lastly, it is highly unprofessional for an executive to ask another employee about my workday instead of addressing me directly, especially in a remote environment.
