Pros
Great way to get started working as an emt. I worked the back of the ambulance for about two months until I was also able to drive the ambulance.
Cons
The pay was around 10 per hour. The 24 hour shifts are brutal. You can usually sleep maybe 3-4 hours during the shift, and sometimes it is broken up into 2 hours + 2 hours.
