      easy to medium work, depends on what team you're on. The office outing is good. The boss treats us like family.

      Cons

      Team leaders are having an issue with one another. low salary increase. The computer unit is old.

      -Work hours (full time and regular hours, option to do overtime when needed) -Opportunity to earn raises based on good performance -BENEFITS!!! :)

      Easy to take advantage of time off and lie about work being done due to bad management, which leaves the people that actually care about their work/jobs to burnout. Also, the level of professionalism and actual RCM experience is a joke.
