Unreasonable metrics and mass layoffs. Upper management wants the reps to provide the best customer service possible, but they are very rigid when it comes to quota. They want the employees to be accountable, but they themselves do not demonstrate any accountability. Lots of admin work and they expect you to closely monitor your reps on the side. They recently laid off a lot of US and PH-based leaders due to "redundancy in staff"
