Awesome corporate values, starting at the top with the CEO. Employee focused. Great referral bonuses, recognition and rewards program, even paid days off for personal volunteer work! Flex schedule. Full week shutdown at Christmas. Raises every year. The company actually operates debt-free, which is unheard of. Exec and upper management team works with integrity and no employee is just a number. Sounds too good to be true, right? No company is perfect. MedSource has its growing pains, but it absolutely is a special place to work.
Cons
Consistent organic growth has led to expected infrastructure challenges, updating systems and processes, but things are always headed in the right direction.
