Pros
Medstar health by itself is a good in many ways. Employees are provided tution benifits to do higher studies. Provides a stable work environment in such a way there is less manp ower turn around. Overall benifits are good.
Cons
The management isn't fair when it comes to promotions. Intelligent and hard working employees remain not promoted for a longer period resulting into frustrations and no voice to raise fearing removal from job or the concerned manger will become bad. Job Promotions should contemplate well deserved and hard working and many cases this is not.
