Pros

Health Insurance was good but that’s it.

Cons

Do not trust this company. The 5 star reviews are probably the company creating most of them. I left a job of 4 years because they had me thinking this place was wonderful. They told me the company is “growing” however come to learn I was a replacement for someone they fired. I received no training because my manager (who had no experience) was “busy” so I learned on my own. The most “training” you’ll get is shadowing someone who doesn’t have the time for you. They are very discriminatory of your learning. If you don’t belong in their social circle then you’re out a job. They are very good at using the “at will” clause that PA allows. I was very blindsided. Everything seemed like it was progressing. I was never notified of any issues. I came in one day and they said “your not a good fit.” It’s really not worth playing the guessing game for a month to know they have the “at will”clause they throw at you. It’s not worth the time and risk. Just find another company. And don’t fall for the free breakfast and lunch once a week.

MedSurvey Response

We are sorry that you feel this way about your short employment with MedSurvey but we do not agree with your assessment of the situation and are quite puzzled by your claim of the company being "discriminatory of your learning." Many of our team members, including leadership within the company, have invested a lot of one-on-one training time over the course of several weeks in an attempt to get you to the technical level you represented in your resume and during the interview. This included hours upon hours of conference room instruction, shadowing, and other forms of hands-on training. After we invested a lot of time and effort into your professional development, you continued to show little to no progress. After several direct conversations, you were put on a performance improvement plan, with clear instruction on expectations and consequences. It is completely false that you were blindsided by our decision to move on from your employment at MedSurvey. We have given you several chances to meet the basic expectations of this position, and have communicated clearly and directly throughout this process. Additionally, it was completely unprofessional of you to direct expletives at our office manager on your way out. We pride ourselves on having built a great team and culture here at MedSurvey over the years. Judging by the way you chose to leave, I am confident we have made the right decision with respect to your employment. We wish you well.
