Pros
The Individual teams here are often great and populated with hard working and dedicated employees. There are full benefits and competitive pay rates as well as several paid holidays. Many workers can work remotely at least some of the time.
Cons
Pettiness is common at this company and seems to trickle down from management. And the ownership and senior / C level management are often not qualified to be doing the work that they are attempting and when they make mistakes it's often tragic, painful and often entirely preventable. The whole office and parent / sister companies suffer from a lack of organization and communication. For example: a confidential survey was supposed to go out to all employees. It did not. The people that receive and complete the survey were not as anonymous as they were told, and everyone else's opinion didn’t matter. They never got the survey.
