Pros
-- Incredible people. Growth mindset -- Excellent sales leadership -- Great product in a wonderful space. If you are going to be in business, what's better than working for a company whose role in the world is to improve customer experience.
Cons
-- Significant executive turnover -- Product and engineering only now hitting their stride after some challenges in 2014, 2015 -- While I am very happy, I am reluctant to recommend at this time given all the turnover in management and the expectation that re-organization will follow.
