Thanks for the heartwarming feedback, especially the part about the "best working environment." In terms of the food not being as good as you thought, I was curious about what you meant by "good" -- healthy? tasty? really-bad-for-you-but-tasty? (in that latter category, my particular weaknesses are Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks' peppermint mocha frappuccinos, and any french fries). If you don't think the food is healthy enough, please let me know. We pride ourselves on providing food without trans-fats, corn syrup, or artificial ingredients. When possible, we also try to supply organic. If you don't think the food is tasty enough, please let our Ambiance and Environment team know. They're always working to help Medallians feel it home. If, on the other hand, it's the "really-bad-for-you-but-tasty" foods you're missing (like sodas and protein bars, which are just candy bars masquerading as nutritious), you'll have to bring them from home or enjoy them on the special occasions when we do supply them. I like the bad stuff, too, but we don't want to make them staples because they're just plain bad for you. If you're not convinced, may I suggest you read the book Sugar, Fat, Salt, which is on our bookshelves in the office. It's a sobering account of what Americans consume that will make the fresh cut fruit in our kitchen look particularly appealing -- at least until the next junk food craving hits ; ) Thank you again for your feedback and support - Amy
