Medallia Response
10yThank you for the feedback. I'm glad that you've found your work challenging and engaging, enjoyed working with some of the top brands in the world, and experienced Medallians walking the talk. All great stuff. You're right, we have a lot of people joining. Let's do our best to welcome them while we still have the chance. Soon they'll be the veterans!
Thanks for calling out some of our challenge areas. It is true our processes and procedures are not where you'd expect given our age and size. That is due to a combination of us bootstrapping -- and therefore being very lean -- for the first decade of our existence and us growing so fast. We're working on remedying any organizational gaps as quickly as possible. If there are particular changes you think would be beneficial, please suggest them. Also, I'd love to know which jobs you don't think have clear paths of advancement. We hire people with enormous potential so we want to see them flourish, not tread water.
With regard to leadership remaining approachable as we grow, thank you for calling out the success of our CFO and GC in doing just that. I will let Mike and Alan know. I take your comments as a gentle reminder to myself to host more dine arounds. If you don't know about them, they're 10-person dinners put on by 1-2 operating team members. The dinners are fabulous for getting to know not only the leadership but also Medallians from different departments. If you have other suggestions, please let us know. And please come say ""hi"" at happy hour - Amy.
