A handful of truly smart and kind colleagues who are doing their best despite the circumstances.

Cons

Leadership is in disarray: With a few rare exceptions, the executive team lacks vision, transparency, inspiration and accountability. There’s a growing disconnect between leadership and employees, and morale has suffered greatly as a result. Outdated technology: The platform feels increasingly archaic, clunky, and hard to scale. Innovation is more talked about than actually delivered. Defeated customers and employees: Many customers express frustration and disappointment, and internal teams are just as disillusioned. Turnover is high, and the mood is often one of resignation, not resilience. Poor benefits: For a company of this size and reputation, the benefits are surprisingly subpar—limited flexibility, weak health coverage, and few meaningful perks. No clear direction: Strategy changes frequently, with little communication or buy-in. Priorities shift constantly, making it hard to gain traction or feel proud of your work.

Pros

Nothing much to say here. Management is messed up. All tech initiatives are showcase only. There are genuinely smart people, but they are managed by worse management you can imagine.

Cons

- many bad CEOs, many bad managers. - the whole company is slow. - no one know what the company’s mission statement is. - PE firms have no idea what they are doing.
