      management/company direction is a mess, 4 layoffs in 2 years this has been a sinking ship since thoma bravo acquisition, unclear promotion path, low pay compared to competitors/industry

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
