      Pros

      Experience Conference was a great event. The Marketing team is top-notch.

      Cons

      Everything else. Exec. team is so withdrawn from workforce. Broken promises left and right. Medallia is NOT a people first company. Constant account team rotations make it impossible to create a trusted advisor role.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
