      Very leisured timing. Decent compensation and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Hard to advance your position there. Smaller firm and it is hard to get paid more per year there too.

      Pros

      Small company, decent low level culture

      Cons

      HR regularly commits HIPAA violations and is difficult to work with (in 10 years I've never had a positive interaction with them), CEO does not take feedback. Little to no room for advancement. Low pay.
