Pros

It was a great place to work and grow, now it has become the "My Buddy System".

Cons

The senior leadership has changed everything around and started bringing in "their" people to move the company forward. In some circumstances, this would work out, but now there are more management than actual workers doing the job. You now have to answer to multiple people and do it over and over again until everyone is pleased! They quietly let go of people and bring in more and more senior staff. NO training system. NO advancement opportunities. NO ability to express problems to upper management, if you do, CANNED! I have seen this multiple times in the past few months. Good people let go!

Pros

Strong work from home flexibility, competitive benefits, good opportunities to learn and work across diverse teams, strong product relevance in the market, and the company is backed by active investment which signals growth, modernization and transformation (there is a clear embracing of AI and how it will help transform the products and services offered by the company.

Cons

No bonus opportunity unless you are a Director or above, company benefit of HSA contributions are split into small increments instead of larger lump sums 1x or 2x per year.
