Pros
You'll get shoppers drug mart benefits, discount etc. Not customer facing as the pharmacy services long term care facilities. Less weekend shifts than retail.
Cons
People are friendly to work with but turnover is high so there is constant staff shortage. The norm is to work overtime and if you cannot stay you need to notify your manager, great job if you like the OT.
