Pros

Co-workers are nice, and that's about it.

Cons

Work is not creative at all, they have no real clients, just a hodge podge of cut and paste jobs. Owners are completely two-faced and dishonest.

Pros

I had a great experience doing engaging work on a wide array of projects. The people are great. I loved the culture and outings. Only left because I moved away. Keep up the good work!

Cons

Overwhelming at first as you get to jump in right away but there's a learning curve at any company.

Pros

I didn't actually intend on writing a review but when I saw the drivel posted by people who are obviously not working here, I felt I had to at least right the scale. posts talk about high turnover and that is just a simple factual demonstration of how inaccurate and plain wrong many review here actually are. The last person that moved on went to work for a big named accounting firm about 4 months ago. The owners actually threw her a party with all the staff, got her gifts and even helped when she was interviewed. And I can think of one other person in 2014. So 2 people out of 40. Wow, high turnover in an industry where people have a 2 year fuse on most jobs. Most people love this company. There is a good work life balance. Clients are great - not the jerks I have seen in other firms where you have to deal with it because the company coudln't afford to lose them. There have been 3 instances this year where the company let some clients go because they were rude to the staff. there are manby other positives. My favorite is that there are staff meetings run by the staff. It's not a rank and serial number place, anyone can provide advice and it often gets approved or just gets done by staff because there is a lot of autonomy.

Cons

I'd like the firm to have an office in Detroit. or in Royal Oak as was once considered (or so I'm told.). Sometimes the loose management structure means that you don't necessarely have a clear direction of who to go to fior things. but it tends to work out.
