Pros
Great group of creative and friendly people, lots of employee perks and fun stuff, a caring president and easy access to AEDs. Plus you were usually headed home everyday around 5. Younger employees will find this place good for full-service experience and a launching pad to bigger things. Older employees can comfortably hang out here for years if you have the talent and stay the course. I had a pretty good run here.
Cons
Like many medium to large agencies, you and your ideas sometimes get buried in layers of processes. The pay was decent but nothing to flip about and there was small room for advancement but that's due to size constraints. Slightly clicky (and axis-like) here and there. Really not a bad place at all.
