Pros
I had some great colleagues and there are definitely some friendly and hard-working people in the company who I enjoyed working with.
Cons
Poor management. I had a terrible line manager and was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable and unhappy in my job. Mistakes were highlighted heavily, successes and efforts ignored and no help offered. I believe I was purposefully freezed out and there was never any genuine intention to help me improve. Overall I had a terrible experience - something I have never had in any other company before or since. There was a lot of bitchiness in my team and a great deal of purposeful intimidation. I was excluded from pieces of work in an incredibly obvious manner and not invited to team outings. A shame, as they should have recognised the opportunity to cultivate a loyal and capable member of staff.
