Pros

hmmm. None. Other than a few decent clients that are are still there. For now.

Cons

No promotions or raises with any regularity, for anyone. Seems like they are always trying to save money by not hiring to fill positions, even though teams are sinking with the weight of the work You have little value to the company if you only work a normal work week, you are expected to work much more and some teams are worse than others.? Work/life balance. What's that? Clients are leaving. Still. New-ish CEO has NOT turned this around- in fact it has gotten much worse despite collective managements efforts to whitewash it to global. An attitude that is hard to hide. Stories abound. His actions leave the staff to deal with the fallout- whether client or industry. Not well respected internally or externally. What a joke. Upper management (Sr Leadership Team) is self absorbed & interested only in furthering their personal agendas Salaries are below par and not competitive, that is unless you have just been recruited- then you can guarantee being paid way more than you are worth especially if you are jr. People are stressed and overworked.- the stress shows when you work here Like the notion of Overworked Underpaid and not recognized? This is the place for you!
