Pros
Considerate when it comes to Mental Health, there are a few people who make it worth staying. There are some big clients to work for if you’re lucky.
Cons
Hire freeze, low salary, lack of resource, slow promotions, long hours, overstretched to fill in for lack of resource, hiring those not competent doubling work, those in senior positions of management do not address any of those issues but expect the same amount of work to be produced. Surface level diversity and inclusion.
