      Quite good exposure for interns and junior staff. Get to touch SEO, ads, content, sometimes even client calls. If you are the hands-on type, can learn a lot very fast.

      Cons

      Sometimes got OT when campaign deadlines all come together. Pace can be jiatlat during peak period.
