      Very knowledgeable in what they do. Commitment to excellence in their work and to client satisfaction. Inspiring place to work as well. Big name Drupal Shop

      Cons

      Salary is not all that. They stopped the stipend that employees used for office improvements. Retirement matching is only 10% of what you put in.

      Pros

      Mediacurrent has a very inclusive culture that encourages employees to learn new technologies and take risks. There is a lot of opportunity to grow on the job, and the entire team is extremely knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Like most agencies it is fast-paced, but management really does care about employees' workloads and strives to help everyone find balance.
