- Highly toxic corporate culture. - They claim to have flexible hours but force you to be from 9:00 to 6:00 every day. - They provide you with Platzi but you don't have time to use it. - Excessive micromanagement. - Disordered priorities, you can receive 3 tasks with the same priority at the same time. - From the first day, they assign you tasks without documentation, already overdue (by the time they assign it, it's already overdue). - Little real assistance, there's a channel where you ask your questions and they might help you around 5 hours later (in the best case), or they simply respond with "investigate it yourself."
