Avoid Working Here as a Young Professional - Researcher Mediatum Employee Review

If you want to hide, while nobody cares, and still make decent money, then this is the place.

There is no leadership. The owner are some finance guys from Germany, who only care about some of their investments in Life Science firms. I got the feeling they only entertain a US office, because it's cool and it looks good on the letter head. During my time there (14 months) we had only 2 projects we worked on.

There are no Pros I can write for this recruitment agency.

The recruitment process through Mediatum was one of the worst experience of my job process. The staff is rude, misguiding and I would never like to work with this recruitment agency ever again. They are desperate and when I was represented by them for one of the Companies job. They took over a year to come back to me and they kept on saying don't mention about the salary. I don't know how can a canditate keep on giving interviews for over a year without even knowing what kind of salary the canditate is going to receive. On top of it, they kept on making false promises and giving fake information. Please don't ever go through this agency for job ever again. My experience was absolutely frustating and annoying.
