Lack of training — it’s more a “watch another person do their work” type thing then they give you an adobe sheet of accounts to work on, the client that I was given was with one other person who didn’t have any experience experience in medical billing. Needless to say that account was a mess. Too many programs to go through to work one claim at a time, system is not user friendly at all, benefits are not good, not enough equipment — I only received 1 screen and a laptop.
